Terms and Conditions

Our Academy is a professional training program – for this reason once you make the decision – you are committing to the program, so please choose carefully. By registering you have agreed to the following terms.

By registering for the Inspired Spirit Coaching program, I agree to the following payment terms for my registration.



  • I understand I am committing to paying in full as I am enrolling in an extensive coach training program.
  • This is a morally and legally binding agreement. Payments are non-refundable even if the program has not yet commenced.
  • The ISCA understands circumstances can change, and if in the event you are unable to commence or continue your training once payment has been processed, please advise us in writing and you may be able to transfer to a future training program (if on payment plan, payments will continue as per your normal payment schedule).
  • A 10% late fee will be charged for payment not received, or unable to be processed, by each installment due date
  • If paying by payment plan, I understand that if, for any reason whatsoever, I do not make a full and complete payment, then I may no longer be eligible for this payment plan and I may be fully responsible for the total sum immediately.
  • If paying by payment plan, I understand I am being charged in Australian dollars and the actual charge on my credit card will change each month depending on the exchange rate from Australian Dollars into my own currency at the time of the banks processing. I understand that sometimes I may be charged slightly less than what I was quoted in approx. US dollars and sometimes I may be charged slightly more than I was quoted in approx. US dollars. I understand Inspired Spirit Coaching charges in Australian dollars and has no control over the international exchange rates (this rate usually only varies by a few dollars)
  • I understand I will be responsible for any legal or collection fees which might arise and any expenses which may be incurred by the Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy in efforts to obtain full payment if I fail to meet the conditions of this Agreement.
  • I understand that I will receive access to the Inspired Spirit Coaching System, the entire coaching package, Sandy’s bundle of prosperity and transformational products, the online forum – open 24/7 – recorded training and marketing sessions, bonus expert sessions, a one-to one session with Sandy and a welcome/orientation call and 6 months of training.
  • I understand that by registering for the Inspired Spirit Coaching program, that I am committed to my own personal growth and agree to apply all I learn in my own life and therefore be an even better coach for my clients.
  • I have read this agreement and accept all terms and am looking forward to becoming an Inspired Spirit Certified Coach

Please note: Sandy promises to share her secrets to creating a 6 figure coaching practice however it is understood that results will vary depending on the time and effort put in by each individual.

Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped once payment has been made in full. If you are on a payment plan and would like your products shipped sooner, please contact the office on 07-5476-9973 b.h. to discuss alternative payment arrangements so we can ship your products earlier if required.

Guarantee/ Product Replacement Policy and Costs
All products are guaranteed against defects. We will gladly replace any products found defective for up to 14 days, so please check your product/s within that time frame. Please check products received and contact our office on 07-5476-9973 b.h. within 14 days to receive a return confirmation number (RCN) for faulty products and return details. Products will not be accepted without RCN. We will replace all faulty products within 14 days of delivery.

Inspired Spirit Publishing
If you have committed to contribute a chapter to a book, there are no refunds under any circumstances. However we can transfer you to a future book project if required at no extra charge (this no charge offer is valid for one transfer only – transferring more than once will incur a transfer fee).
