1. How long is the training and how many hours a week does it take?
The 2010 program commences March 2010 and goes for 8 months until November 2010. Training is held once a week for the first 3 weeks of each month - once a week via teleseminar for 60 mins. You will be required to either be on the live call or listen to the recording. Occasionally there will be bonus training lessons in the member's area. If you allow between 1 - 2 hours a week you'll be fine.
2. I have a full time job and part-time study and a family - how can I fit it all in?
Like anything, we tend to make time for what is most important to us. Of course we'd prefer you were on the live calls, but as long as you listen to the recording each week that's fine. So you may just need to turn the TV off or get up an hour earlier now and again. We've structured the program so that it fits your lifestyle. Although the program goes for 8 months - if it takes you 10 months, or a year or even a year and a half to complete your training and become certified - we're OK with that as long as you're OK with that!
3. Can anyone do this?
No - we don't believe everyone can be an Inspired Spirit coach. There is a certain type of person we're looking for at our Academy, someone who either possesses the following attributes - or is willing to learn or enhance them: passionate and excited about life; can see the potential in others; knows how to encourage others; values honesty and integrity; is self-motivated; loves to learn and is open to new ways of thinking; wants their own business or additional stream of income and is willing to learn and apply the marketing basics to achieve the results they desire.
4. I am financially challenged, can I get a longer payment plan or a scholarship?
It's not that we wouldn't love you to be one of our Inspired Spirit Coaches, it's just that if you are still experiencing financial challenges on a consistent basis the focus for you right now should be on creating a millionaire mindset. That doesn't mean you have to be a millionaire, or even wealthy, it just means that before becoming an Inspired Spirit Coach you are in a place where you can consistently attract enough prosperity to do the things you want without struggle - that's the key - without the daily struggle. Sandy offers many free and low cost audios and tips to allow more prosperity to flow. That really should be your priority now. Because from Sandy's own experience, it doesn't matter what practical steps you put into place, until you have a prosperity consciousness it is so much harder to create success. So even if you get your training for free or pay over 2 years, your coaching business probably won't flourish anyway - as it's your thinking that needs to change. Having said that, see question 5 - if it's meant to be, amazing things will happen!
5. I really want to be an Inspired Spirit Coach - but I don't have the money now
If you're meant to take part now, the money will come. After the very first call announcing the launch of Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy Sandy had an email from a woman who desperately wanted to be a coach, but really couldn't afford it. Sandy told her to spend some time imagining she WAS an Inspired Spirit Coach, see it in her minds eye, really connect with how wonderful and uplifting and inspiring it would be to spend your days learning to be the best you could be and then doing the same with others. Sandy told her to feel the sense of gratitude and empowerment she would have in her life as an Inspired Spirit Coach. And guess what, less than 12 hours later she emailed to say that something unexpected had happened and she now had the money to take part. If you are meant to do this and you spend the time seeing it, feeling it, believing it, then the Universe will shift things around so that your dream can come true!
6. How much money can I make as a coach?
We've seen coaches make from a few thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands and even millions (as Sandy has done). It really depends if you're coaching one-on-one, small groups or workshops also if it's individuals or businesses you're working with. Price Waterhouse was recently commissioned by the International Coach Federation to do a study of 6000 coaches and found that on average, coaches earn US $207 an hour. However, Sandy will share the advanced business strategies she used as a coach, to make $100,000+ while working less hours, and has since gone on to make millions. It's been a wonderful model for Sandy's business and she's happy to share the exact details with you. Imagine earning great money doing something as fulfilling as coaching. However keep in mind - everyone's results will be different. It really comes down to what you decide to do. Even if you just had one client a week - for many people that extra few hundred dollars a month would make a huge difference.

7. I don't know anybody, I'm basically a hermit. How do I get clients?
Sandy knows just what you mean as she became a coach for that exact reason. She likes to be at home, is quite introverted (meaning she gets her energy from being alone), so she chose to be a coach and work exclusively over the phone. Sandy will share all the strategies she used to get clients from around the world and it will be up to you to build your client base using these proven principles. Also, as a certified Inspired Spirit Coach, you can apply to be listed on our website and promoted to Sandy's 90,000+ database - who are all interested in being the best they can be!
8. How many hours a week would I have to be working as an Inspired Spirit Coach?
Once you actually begin coaching, it's up to you how many hours a week you work. You may elect for this to be an additional stream of income and have only one or two clients a week (meaning 1 -2 hours a week work). Or you may decide to build a thriving business and work full time. This is your own business and the choice is yours.
9. I'm planning on going overseas (on vacation, travelling the world, being busy with a work project, planning my wedding etc) for a month or so next year, should I wait?
It's really up to you. Once you register, it's up to you how long it takes you to complete your training. Even if you aren't on the live calls, everything is recorded and transcribed and all notes and audios are available in the Coaches Only area of the site. We believe many of our coaches will complete the training in the 8 months alloted. However we also believe many of them will take longer due to many factors; family, time, work, vacation etc. There is no time limit to completing your training - it's flexible and designed to fit YOUR schedule.
10. I live in South Africa (France, Czech Republic, Australia, Russia, U.S, Canada, Costa Rica etc) will this work?
The Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy is an international training company and all training is delivered by phone or internet and is accessible in any country the world. Once you achieve your international certification, you'll be able to coach anyone in any country you like. The only stipulation is that you must be able to read and speak English - as that is the language the program is delivered in.
11. How much one-one-one coaching will there be with Sandy?
Sandy is delivering the majority of core modules herself this year so you will have plenty of opportunity for interaction. She will also be holding monthly Q & A sessions ONLY for her coaches where you can either be on the live call or send in your question to be answered and listen to the recording later. As part of your training, you will also have a one-on-one session with Sandy where she will brainstorm with you specific to your business and goals.
12. How do I mentor someone in something I have not achieved myself?
The first thing to be clear on is you are not a mentor, you are a coach. There is a big difference. If you think every coach in the world has every part of their life totally in order, then you'd be mistaken. Having said that, the whole purpose of the training program is to work on YOU to be the best you can be as you learn the exact processes you will then guide your clients through.
13. Why are your coaches called Inspired Spirit Coaches - I'm not at ease with that title?
Our coaches are called Inspired Spirit Coaches - as that is the name of our coaching Academy. Once certified, you'll be able to call yourself a certified Life Coach, an Inspired Spirit Coach, an Inspired Spirit certified Law of Attraction Coach. Whatever you feel comfortable with.
14. Is the Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy aligned with a governing body for coaches?
Absolutely. The ISCA has recently been accepted as an Accredited Coach Training Academy with the International Coaching Association (ICA). This means you are in good hands as they have studied our training material, delivery, information and curriculum and made sure it is of the highest standard.
15. Will I receive certification through a governing body for coaches once I've finished my training?
For those who desire to receive international certification through the ICA, this can happen easily once you become a Certifed Inspired Spirit Coach. This is because we have aligned our training and our certification process so it's recognized by the ICA. You will only need to send your details to the ICA and pay their fee (usually $495, but as an ISCA coach your fee is covered). Certification is formal recognition by the International Coaching Association that an individual has demonstrated a professional level of knowledge and competence in coaching methodologies and principles including: ethical practices, subject matter knowledge, recognized coaching standards, and working knowledge of the materials supplied by the International Coaching Association to promote best practices in the coaching industry. The International Coaching Association certification is a professional designation for coaches wishing alignment with an international coach governing body.
16. I am already studying with another coach training company - will I have to start from scratch?
The Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy offers training unlike any we've seen elsewhere. Not only do you learn how to be a coach, you study in-depth Universal Laws, other transformational modalities and learn more about building a coaching business (or indeed any type of business) than anywhere else. This program is more in-depth and offers more practical business building strategies than any similar company offers. You will find any other training you've done in any other modality or transformational process will only enhance your ability as an Inspired Spirit Coach. Plus as a certified ISCA coach, you automatically receive international recognition with the International Coaching Association (ICA).

17. If my life is in chaos, am I being a fraud by wanting to take up this opportunity?
If your life is in chaos, that's exactly why you feel drawn to take up this opportunity. Having said that, you would have to be committed to not only learning, but applying all the transformational processes in the training program so you can get your life back on track. Remember, you don't have to be perfect in order to be a coach, you just have to be committed to continuing improvement.
18. Can this be done from home or would I need to travel?
Absolutely, the entire training program can be taken from the comfort of your home AND once you're a coach, you can build your entire coaching business from home too if you choose. Being an Inspired Spirit Coach gives you true flexibility in your life. Many coaches prefer to work exclusively from home, while some prefer to hire a room in a business suite, and some will go to people's place of work or into a company. The choice is yours - personally, Sandy likes working solely from home over the phone.
19. How do I get credibility if I have not yet achieved my dreams/goals?
The Law of Attraction (which you learn in-depth) will allow you to appeal to those people who you are a few steps ahead of. You don't need to be massively successful and have the perfect life, you just need to be committed to continuing improvement. The processes, models and transformational tools learnt in the program will propel you toward your own dreams and goals much faster than ever before, thus giving you the credibility and confidence to guide others through what you have learnt and experienced.
20. Does your training include ways to clear blockages when it comes to prosperity?
Absolutely. Sandy is a big believer in the 'bulldozer method' of just forging ahead and ignoring blocks. However she also knows the amazing power of a number of the processes you'll learn that clear blockages around prosperity, success, happiness, relationships - in fact any area. You'll learn all these methods and be able to use them on yourself and your clients for maximum success.
21. How does one go about finding clients? I did some expensive training a few years ago and failed.
The biggest difference between Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy and other programs available, is Sandy's massive focus on building a business (rather than just training to be a great coach - which of course she includes). Sandy is not just teaching (as some other trainers do) she is LIVING being a coach who's made millions - that can make a huge difference as to what you will learn and how it can impact your income. As well as dozens of strategies to assist you to find and attract clients, you may be promoted to Sandy's 90,000+ database as a certified coach.
22. Do we have to be an Inspired Spirit Coach before we can practice?
No - we encourage you to begin coaching others from around the 3rd month of your training- in fact we will supply you with clients to do just that.

23. How do you attract people wanting your information without seeming 'pushy'?
That's exactly what we teach you - how to share the information about what you do and how to naturally attract people to you - rather than being pushy and chasing after people.
24. Is this a franchise?
No - this is your own business to run in whatever way you desire. Full time, part time, or whatever time suits you. For a franchise you could pay anything from $25,000 - $100,000+ and you end up with nothing more than a full time job doing something that doesn't necessarily fulfil you (lawn mowing or oven cleaning for instance!) We give you the training, the skills and the certification at the end of your training - all at an amazingly low fee, and it's yours to deliver in whatever way you desire.
25. I love the sound of the program for my own personal benefit, but I don't actually want to be a certified coach
Anyone who is totally committed to personal transformation will gain incredible benefits from our training program. Likewise, anyone looking for exceptional business training will discover dozens of business boosting strategies. It's up to you if you decide to complete the certification process - we have quite a number of people whose main focus right now is being the best they can be. They may or may not choose to actively coach others in the future.
26. Is there an exit strategy if I realise this isn't for me?
We are looking for people whose spirit has been guided to become an coach with us. If you're not sure if this is for you, read through the information on our home page again and take some quiet time to see how it feels for you. If you are still not sure, then it's not for you. We only want to work with people who KNOW this is what they want to do. Once you register and we accept you into the Academy, even if you don't complete your training, you are financially responsible for the entire amount you committed to.
27. How can I be a coach when I haven't experienced my own wealth or success yet?
As an Inspired Spirit Coach you will be coaching on so much more than wealth. You will learn a number of powerful processes that people can use in every area of their life. You don't have to be massively successful to be a coach, you just have to be continually working on your success and being the best you can be.
28. Are there any special qualifications I need to become an Inspired Spirit Coach?
No special qualifications are required - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn and apply the transformational processes we teach and master the business skills we share.
29. Where will the training be held?
All training is conducted over the phone by teleseminar - it's also accessible via the internet and mp3 audio recordings, so you can access it from anywhere in the world at any time of day or night.

30. How do I stop focusing on what I don't want? I might be able to coach others, but why am I stuck?
During your training, you will learn a number of techniques that will not only allow you to break through any blocks, but have them dissolve forever! That will allow you to become an even more powerful coach as you will be able to share your experience with your own clients.
31. Is there a time frame for coaching each person?
You will learn a number of different coaching models, so you can decide which business model best suits you and your client's circumstances. From previous experience we find a number of sessions are required to create long lasting change and success for your clients. Some clients may prefer to have you as their coach for a regular and extended period as it keeps them accountable, on track and speeds up their progress toward their goals. Sandy has specifically created a 12 week program that will enable your clients to achieve their goals in many areas of their life - and enables you to have a long-term coaching relationship with your clients. It helps you focus on coaching and less on marketing (however Sandy also teaches dozens of amazing marketing strategies too!)
32. Apart from the cost to register for the Inspired Spirit training, are there any other fees?
Yes and no. We do not charge you anything else, the price you are paying is the complete price. However you will have to pay the costs of the weekly phone calls to connect to the conference line and a $25 freight and handling fee when we ship your $4654 worth of bonus products. The conference line is based in the US, however we can tell you how to get a phone card so that it costs you around AUD $1.50 for a full hour to call from Australia (much the same from NZ). In the US, it will be the cost of a long distance call (again, you can get great low cost rates or phone cards). It's very cost effective training (beats paying baby sitters, petrol money, parking fees etc.)
33. How many coaches will you be training?
It is our intention that we have approx. 40 certified coaches from all around the world by the end of the 2010 program. We are taking more than that initially as we understand some of our trainee coaches may not be ready to complete their certification (due to work, vacation, family, life in general) until later in the year, or even the following year. We also have many people who have no interest (at this stage) in being a coach and just want to futher their own personal growth. Currently we have coaches enrolled from US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ecuador, Singapore and the UK.
